Bakery Production Jobs
We are currently looking for a Bakery Supervisor to join our award-winning team in Rosyth.
This is a permanent role working 47 hours per week, contracted to 5 days over 7, with the requirement to work 6 days over 7 as required to meet the needs of the business. You will be a shift supervisor, working day and night shift on a rotational basis.
Start times are 4.00am when working day shift and 8.00pm when working nights.
To manage a strong health and safety culture within the Bakery Team.
Maintenance of a strong food safety culture amongst the Bakery Team with a good understanding of HACCP.
To ensure that equipment is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard after use/prior to production commencing.
You will be responsible for the Quality of all products made on shift and will be responsible in the coaching of individuals to ensure Quality is always of the highest standard.
You must ensure standard operating procedures are followed and that Bakery process control documentation is fully completed as required.
To deploy departmental labour effectively on a day-to-day basis to ensure completion of the weekly production plan, hygiene schedules and other tasks arising.
You will be provided with the appropriate training to be able to operate all production equipment and in turn you will be required to train and coach other members of the team.
To assess competency of operators and work with skills charts to ensure you have adequate trained operatives for roles.
To carry out any reasonable duty as requested by Bakery Management.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in Bakery Production processes and techniques, previous experience in a supervisory role is desirable

Be able to think, communicate and present information effectively
